DALLAS — A Dallas man has been indicted on two counts of capital murder for the deaths of his sons.
Naim Mohammed is accused of taking his three and five-year-old sons as their mother took them to school on the first day of class.
The boys were found drowned; a relative prevented Mohammed from taking a third boy, 14 months old, who is now in the custody of Child Protective Services.
Mohammed remains jailed.
