FORT WORTH - A convenience store clerk was arrested in connection with last week's death of a Fort Worth high school student.

The clerk is accused of selling malt liquor to 17-year-old Ivan Torres.

Shortly after, Torres was behind the wheel of a pickup truck that veered into oncoming traffic, killing him and his passenger.

The clerk was arrested at T Market on South Riverside Drive on suspicion of selling alcohol to a minor.
