Charges filed against man accused of peeping on boys in bathrooms

Federal child pornography charges against a 48-year-old North Texas man were made public last Friday. Michael Manske was first accused of peeping at young boys in the bathrooms at the Rangers Ballpark in Arlington. Federal documents say investigators then discovered child porn images on Manske’s cell phone. Before those charges could be filed, a North Richland Hills father said he caught Manske looking at his son in the bathroom during a June IndyCar race at Texas Motor Speedway.
