DALLAS — A Dallas attorney representing Dallas County Commissioner John Wiley Price in a FBI investigation is himself accused of breaking the law.
According to a federal complaint filed Friday, John Carney allegedly failed to pay his federal personal and business taxes for decades — $5.3 million in all.
Carney was unavailable for comment.
Price is accused in civil court records of money laundering and bankruptcy fraud, but he has not been charged with a crime.
