Alan Mason, the man taken into custody as a "person of interest" in the Fair Park rapist case but cleared Thursday, is upset about how he was labeled by police.

Pete Schulte, a former police officer who has been both a prosecutor and a defense attorney, joined News 8 at 4 to talk about labeling someone a person of interest and the implications it can have in the above interview.
