ARLINGTON — Two men are under arrest in connection with a home invasion robbery and fatal shooting.

Police spokeswoman Tiara Ellis Richard said Reginald Dean, 27, was apprehended Friday near the apartment complex in the 2300 block of Fair Oaks Drive where 21-year-old Francisco Tanguma had been shot and killed earlier that morning.

Dean was subsequently charged with capital murder; his bail is set at $252,000.

Richard said the investigation led detectives to a second suspect, Richard Rivera, 20, who was arrested Saturday night at his Grand Prairie residence.

Rivera is also charged with capital murder with bail set at $300,000.

The suspects in the city's 12th homicide of 2009 are being held at the Arlington City Jail.
