GREENSBORO -- How much do you think you need to spend to get a great tablet? $200? $300? How about under $100? In my continued search to save you time and money, today we celebrate savings on the tech aisle.
For those of us who can't afford a $300 iPad Mini, I have a solution at a third of the price. Perhaps you need an extra tablet for the road, or you're like me - you spent a lot of money on your laptop and just want a simple easy tablet for travel. I've also heard from parents who want to equip a teen or young adult with a tablet but don't want to be in debt when it's accidentally dropped on the floor.
The solution costs $94 today. One of the top tablets from Lenovo which was selling for $130 yesterday and $190 at points during its debut cycle is not only affordable but it's a great Android Tablet.
Now let's be honest, this is not the fastest tablet on the market but it pairs beautifully with Android Apps and multimedia. The interface is super-easy to use, the design is sleek and you can read the reviews, I'm not alone in terms of how much I like this thing.
If you're unfamiliar with Lenovo, this hugely successful company bought out IBM's consumer computer division back in 2005 and they make great products.
