GRAND PRAIRIE - In the day ahead, shoppers will pack Grand Prairie's new outlet mall for a sneak preview of stores ahead of this weekend's tax-free holiday.
The Paragon Outlets opened at 10 a.m. along Interstate 20 near Highway 360, and a grand opening celebration will be held all weekend.
