DALLAS — Oncor Electric Delivery now says it will revisit its decision not to reimburse Gwen Fagan of Dallas.
Earlier this week, News 8 showed you how an Oncor equipment failure fried most of Fagan's electronics and appliances valued at $12,000.
Oncor admitted responsibility for the power surge, but refused to cover Fagan's losses, saying state regulations shield the company from liability.
Now, however, Oncor officials say they will reopen the woman's case and reimburse Fagan if they are truly at fault.
