DALLAS - Starting today, Kroger will no longer double or triple coupons in its Dallas-Fort Worth area stores.

The chain made the move in the Houston area earlier this year.

Kroger will continue to accept coupons at face value and will also expand its digital delivery of coupons that can be loaded onto Kroger Plus cards.

The chain will offer other promotions including sales, fuel discounts and pharmacy deals.

Tom Thumb, Albertsons and Brookshire will still offer enhanced coupon values, at least for the time being.
