DALLAS — The 43rd president from Texas — who says he's glad to be away for Washington — will be entering the political arena again by way of a book.
"The 4% Solution: Unleashing the Economic Growth America Needs," written by the Bush Institute, will outline the strategy of George W. Bush to boost the Gross National Product by four percent a year.
Bush will unveil the book in Dallas on Tuesday.
The New York Times said the former president won't use the volume to defend his economic record, but will rather push new ideas.
"Decision Points," President Bush's memoir, quickly became a best-seller in 2010.
