Grain futures mostly rise, livestock prices fall

CHICAGO (AP) — Grains futures mostly rose Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for July delivery fell 15 cents to $6.485 a bushel; July corn rose 12 cents to $6.7925 a bushel; July oats added 16 cents to $4.0125 a bushel; while July soybeans also rose 16 cents to $15.645 a bushel.

Beef and pork prices fell on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

August live cattle fell 0.90 cent to $1.2202 a pound; August feeder cattle fell 0.25 cent to $1.4945 a pound; July lean hogs fell 0.70 cent to $1.0127 cents a pound.
