Northern Texas earthquake
AZLE — The U.S. Geological Survey reported a 3.3 magnitude earthquake early Monday morning in North Texas.
According to a preliminary report, the quake struck at 1:43 a.m. just west of Azle.
The earthquake was the latest in about a dozen to hit the area since early November. On Nov. 19, the most powerful of the recent quakes in the North Texas registered at 3.6 magnitude.
