Separate bomb threats Friday on college campuses in Texas and North Dakota ended as false alarms after thousands of people followed urgently worded evacuation orders, one of which some worried didn't come fast enough. The FBI was working to determine whether the phoned-in threats to the University of Texas and North Dakota State University were related. No explosives were found, and both campuses reopened by early afternoon.
