DALLAS — The NCAA March Madness Music Festival announced some big names to headline this year’s three-day event in downtown Dallas.
Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band will join The Killers, Tim McGraw and Jason Aldean to perform at three separate shows on April 4 through April 6. Each concert is free, but entry is first-come first-served.
The three-day outdoor music festival will be held from 4 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Friday, from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, and from 3 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Sunday.
The event is part of the celebrations as the 2014 NCAA Men's Final Four takes place on April 5 through April 7 at the AT&T Stadium.
According to a release sent out by the festival Tuesday morning, Jason Aldean will headline the AT&T Block Party on Friday. On April 5, Tim McGraw will take the stage to headline the afternoon show at the Coke Zero Countdown Concert and The Killers will finish off the evening's performances.
Bruce Sprinsteen and the E Street Band will be the final act on April 6 at the Capital One JamFest.
More acts are expected to be announced soon, according to the release.
