Despite health warnings, children are still riding in cars with people who smoke.

A new government study recommends banning smoking in cars containing children.

Four states already have that law.

Texas is not one of them.

Researchers say even when the windows are down smoking in a vehicle can create toxic levels of circulating smoke.

It's an amount similar to being in a smokey bar.
