"As long as the rolling blackouts continue, customers can expect some significant delays, probably over an hour," said DART spokesman Morgan Lyons. "The delays are rolling and random.  We didn't know when they were starting this morning and its continued to cause problems for us. As long as they're continue, it will continue to cause backup."

Passengers may have to wait on trains one hour or longer depending on the length of the blackouts. Company officials said the times are unpredictable and make it difficult to forecast how often or how long any train will take to get from one station to another.
