McKINNEY - Police say they are hearing from additional victims of a man who allegedly used Craigslist to lure women to his apartment.

Police say he would offer free rent in exchange for housekeeping help, but according to authorities, in reality, "his intention was sex."

Four women are now reporting they were either propositioned by or assaulted by 40-year-old Roger Allen Stulce.

"We have a range from being offered free rent for sex, to actual, physical sexual assault," said Kim Malolepszy, Deputy Chief of McKinney Police.

"We want to hear from anyone who even e-mailed with Stulce through the ad," she said. "We want them to contact us."

The contact is Cpl. Matt Baxter at 972-547-2773.

Stulce was arrested in March for doing the same thing, Malolepszy said. He also has a record for sex crimes in California.

He lives in The Villas of El Dorado Apartments. Neighbor Laura Bickerstaff said she had seen him before, and now she worries about her safety.
