McKINNEY — A Collin County jury on Wednesday found Ron Miller not guilty of making a terrorist threat.

Miller made headlines last year when Celina Elementary School staffers said he told them he had a gun.

Miller denies that, saying he just asked a "what-if" question.

"I'm very truly sorry if I scared or frightened anyone; that was not my intention," he said Wednesday. "My intention was to make sure they were safe... that's it."

Miller is a veteran paramedic and says the whole incident was blown out of proportion.
