DALLAS -  Dallas County District Attorney Craig Watkins said neither party involved in Wednesday's incident at John Wiley Price's office will be filing charges.

Videotape showed News 8's Brett Shipp was shoved by Commissioner John Wiley Price while news cameras tried to enter Price's office in the company of Commissioner Maurine Dickey.

In a news release, the DA said in talking to Shipp and Price that they both recognized the stress and pressures involved in their respective positions.

We will have more on this story tonight at six on News 8.
