DALLAS - A woman and man suspected of aggravated robbery were transported to a Dallas hospital after leading officers on a chase and crashing into a tree early Thursday morning in Highland Park, police said.
Authorities said the male driver lost control of the car in the midst of the chase, crashing the vehicle into a tree in the 4800 block of Preston Road. One of the occupants had to be extricated from the vehicle. Both were taken to the hospital in serious condition.
No details were released pertaining to the aggravated robbery crime in which spurred the pursuit.
