These are the waning days of the Texas legislative session, and three major issues remain — including education.

Host Jason Whitely talks with Democratic State Sen. Wendy Davis and Republican State Sen. Dan Patrick about how lawmakers will resolve those issues.

On "My Voice My Opinion," Dallas Morning News columnist Mercedes Olivera focuses on two Texas legislators who want to change how students study racial history. Sen. Dan Patrick and State Rep. Giovanni Capriglione both introduced bills requiring students to take courses that give a "comprehensive survey" of history. Will that sabotage the state's identity?

Gay rights issues have been in the news a lot lately — from the Texas attorney general to the Boy Scouts of America. Our "Flashpoint" has a lot to say about that: From the right, Mark Davis of 660 AM The Answer, and from the left, author and producer Katie Sherrod.

And on Reporters Roundtable, County Commissioner John Wiley Price takes on Dallas ISD superintendent Mike Miles.
