HONEY GROVE, Texas — Storms early Sunday morning took a devastating toll on one North Texas community.
Main Street Presbyterian Church in Honey Grove burned to the ground. The pastor's brother said they think the church was struck by lightning.
The sanctuary dates back to 1901, and we're told it was just approved for a historical marker.
Honey Grove is located between Bonham and Paris in Fannin County, 75 miles northeast of Dallas.
