FORT WORTH - Fort Worth police have released images of a man wanted in connection with 10 armed robberies in and around the city.

Police said the crimes date back to May 25, with the most recent on Wednesday morning.

"We don't want him to become a loose cannon" said Fort Worth officer Sharron Neal.

No one has been hurt in the robberies, but police say the suspect appears to be targeting small businesses, mainly operated by women. Police say he has also hit a pair of banks.

The man is believed to be armed and dangerous. Authorities are urging anyone with information to contact Fort Worth police.

"Whatever he is doing, he's doing wrong," Fitim Pgrtovic said.

Pgrtovic runs a restaurant along the 9500 block of Clifford, which the suspect robbed on Wednesday morning.

"He should give himself up," Pgrtovic said. "It's better for him not to hurt somebody."
