DALLAS LOVE FIELD - An envelope containing white powder and a threatening letter, with a return address saying “Al-Qaeda,” was sent to Dallas Love Field Friday morning, according to police.

A HazMat team has completed testing on the substance and found it to be non-threatening.

There is no disruption at the airport and flights are operating normally.

A ramp up to offices near the cargo area at the east concourse was closed. That area is not connected to the main terminal.

Police will hand the envelope and its contents over to the FBI.
