Special Temporary Exhibit: Mourning a President

The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza will open a special temporary exhibit, Mourning a President
This exhibit presents a compelling chronology of the funeral of President John F. Kennedy and his burial in Arlington National Cemetery on Monday, November 25, 1963, in Washington, D.C.
The exhibition will close on Presidents Day, February 19, 2018

15th Annual Cedar Open Studios

The Cedars Open Studios will host guided tours of the newly restored Longhorn Ballroom at 1 p.m., 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.

Truck Yard’s 3rd Annual Chili Cook-Off

This annual event will feature recipes from the Dallas Fire Department—because no one knows how to handle heat better than our local firemen!
Hungry attendees can stroll about, sampling chili from four teams within the fire department
Tickets are $25 and include all four chilis and two beers
$5 of every ticket sold will benefit the Local 58 Relief Fund, which provides financial assistance and volunteer services to firefighters in need
