This restaurant has a sun-filled vantage point overlooking the villas and the Resort pool, and is perfect for sophisticated, but relaxed dining or quiet meetings.
Two private dining rooms are available for private parties: the Wine Room and the Decanter Room both seat parties up to 20 people.
American cuisine is served à la carte. There is also a superb lunch buffet and breakfast buffet. Set lunch or dinner menus can be created for private parties in the Wine Room or Decanter Room by our executive chef. A children's menu is available.
Café on the Green
Vaulted two-story windows looking out over the lush grounds of the Four Seasons grace one wall of this visually appealing restaurant. The Asian-inspired décor---pressed-bamboo floors and pots of bamboo abound---creates a sleek, sophisticated setting in which to be pampered by the work of Chef Katie Natale. Familiar goods take on imaginative treatments, as witnessed in the oven-roasted Atlantic salmon with buckwheat soba noodles, shiitake mushrooms and pea shoots, scallion flower and buttered miso broth; and the wasabi-rubbed Cornish hen, sesame rice cake and sautéed sugar snap peas. Particularly impressive is the work of sommelier James Tidwell, who suggests fine pairings of wines with the various dishes. For dessert, you’ll want to be sure to try the lemon-Champagne parfait with strawberry-poached pear. At lunch, Café on the Green offers pizza and sandwiches, as well as a handful of entrées, and the breakfast menu stars corned beef hash teased with ancho chile flavor and topped with fried eggs. Afternoon tea, served daily between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m., offers black-currant scones, lemon tart and smoked salmon canapés on its classic menu; poppy seed pound cake, chocolate-dipped fruit and caviar-sour cream canapés on its Champagne menu; and cinnamon-pecan scones, chocolate-ancho chile fudge tart and slow-roasted beef canapés on its Texas tea menu.
