DALLAS (AP) — Dallas Cowboys defensive tackle Josh Brent attended the memorial for teammate Jerry Brown, who died in a car accident that led to intoxication manslaughter charges against Brent. Brent and team owner Jerry Jones were among those in attendance at Tuesday's service. Cowboys coach Jason Garrett says the team would "support Josh 100 percent."

IRVING, Texas (AP) — The Cowboys have released cornerback Vince Agnew and signed Michael Coe off waivers from Miami. Agnew was signed to the active roster last month after joining the Dallas practice squad in mid-October. Cow appeared in eight games for the New York Giants and Dolphins before the latter released him on Monday.

HOUSTON (AP) — The Houston Texans are working to fix their flaws ahead of Sunday's game against the Indianapolis Colts. Coach Gary Kubiak didn't single out one group of Texans, saying everyone can play better. If the Texans win this weekend, they can clinch the AFC South.

DALLAS (AP) — The Dallas Mavericks have sent first-round pick Jared Cunningham to the Texas Legends of the NBA D-League. The team announced the move yesterday. The shooting guard was drafted No. 24 overall this year out of Oregon State.
