More questions over who is to blame for a triple tragedy in which three young girls were killed in a two-car collision.
It happened on a state highway with no lights and no posted speed limit.
Tuesday night, Terrell city leaders told News 8 they have complained to TxDOT for nearly a year about safety concerns along Highway 34. So, why has nothing been done about it?
