DALLAS — An accident on Interstate 30 over the Trinity River in Dallas halted traffic for at least 3.5 miles and sent several people to local hospitals.
The accident happened around 3:30 p.m. on Monday.
The two right lanes of eastbound I-30 were closed from the Trinity River to Westmoreland, but opened up just before 5 p.m.
One victim was cut from a vehicle and rushed to the hospital. At least two others were also taken by ambulance to local hospitals.
No word on their condtions.
