1 Can Creamed Corn
1 Can of milk
1 Sleeve of Saltine Crackers
½ bag of frozen corn
¼ stick butter
In a one quart casserole dish combine 1 can of cream corn with a can of milk (use the can to measure out the milk) . Mix in one beaten egg. Add the frozen corn. Stir in one sleeve of crushed saltine crackers. Add pepper to taste.
Crush a quarter sleeve of crackers on the top. Put small pads of butter on the top of the casserole.
Bake at 325 for 45 Minutes, or until golden brown and firm in the center.
