I've made many different pecan pies, but keep coming back to this one -- it's why I call it everybody's favorite.
Heath Toffee bar pie
3 reg size Heath bars (about 1.20 oz per bar)
4 eggs slightly beaten
1 C light corn syrup
4 tbsp melted butter
1/2 C sugar
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
1 C coarsely chopped pecans
Cover the bottom of 9 in uncooked pie shell w/ broken Heath bars
Mix eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter & vanilla, add pecans.
Pour mixture over Heath bar bits in pie shell.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 50-55 minutes or until pie is done.
