If your vehicle has failed the emissions portion of the annual state inspection, you can get up to $600 for repairs.
And if your car is more than 10 years old, you can apply for a voucher toward a qualifying replacement vehicle.
The program funding is limited, and requests will be processed on a first-come first-served basis.
