Whole Grade A Large Eggs

Baking Powder

 1/4
 
Sugar

Cilantro

Jalapeno Peppers

Preparation:
1. Clean and small dice the jalapenos
2. Destem and chop the cilantro
3. Grate the kernels off of the cob; reserve all the liquid with the kernels
Instructions:
1. Mix together; Eggs, corn, corn liquid, and sour cream
2. When fully mixed; add the sugar, salt and half the cornbread mix
3. When fully mixed; add the baking powder and remaining mix
4. When fully mixed slowly pour in the oil.
5. Mix until fully incorporated; fold in the cilantro and the peppers

6. Bake at 370 degrees for 35 minutes
