11 EGG WHITES.
2 CUPS OF WHITE GRANULATED SUGAR.
1 TABLESPOON OF CORNSTARCH
2 TEASPOONS OF WHITE VINEGAR
 
     T   AKE A MEDIUM SIZE PIZZA PAN AND SPRAY WITH PAM, THEN PLACE A SHEET OF SILICON PAPER ON THE TRAY AND TRIM.
          WHIP THE EGGWHITES SLOWLY TO INCORPORATE ALL THE SUGAR AND CORNSTARCH SLOWLY POUR IN THE WHITE VINEGAR AND TURN UP THE SPEED TO HIGH.
           ONCE THE MERINGUE MIXTURE FORMS A GLSTENING STIFF PEAK, TURN OFF AND SPATULA ALL THE MIXTURE ON TO THE PIZZA TRAY SMOOTH WITH THE SPATULA SO AS TO FORM A GATUEAUX OR CAKE SHAPE , PLACE INTO A PREHEATED VERY LOW OVEN  200 DEGREES.
         COOK UNTIL IT CRACKS ON THE TOP, TIME WILL VARY DEPENDING ON YOUR OVEN, ONCE IT CRACKS TAKE IT OUT AND COOL IT SLOWLY, IT SHOULD BE CRUNCHY ON THE OUTSIDE AND MARSHMALLOW TEXTURE INSIDE, ONCE ITS COOL WHIP SOME VANILLA CREAM TILL ITS SEMI WHIPPED , PLACE ALL OVER THE TOP AND GARNISH WITH FRESH BERRIES AND MINT.
            KEEP IN MIND YOU CAN PUT ANY TOPPING YOU LIKE ON IT. BON APETITE .
