1 cup sugar

1/2 cup butter, softened

2 eggs

1 tablespoon vanilla

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 cup milk

Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour a 9x9-inch cake pan. With an electric mixer, cream together the sugar and

butter. Beat in the eggs, and mix in the vanilla. In a separate bowl, mix together flour and baking powder, then add

to the creamed mixture. Stir in the milk. Pour into pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Let cool. While cooling, prepare

1/2 cup butter, softened

8 oz cream cheese, softened

2 1/2 cups powdered sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla

With an electric mixer, mix the butter and cream cheese together, on medium speed until smooth. Mix in the

vanilla. Slowly mix in the powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.

In addition to the above cake and frosting, you'll need 12 oz of white chocolate.

After the cake has cooled completely, crumble in a large bowl. With an electric mixer, stir in 3/4 cup of prepared

frosting until well combined. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper. Using a spoon, scoop out even portions of the cake

and frosting mixture. Roll between hands, forming a ball. Place each ball on cookie sheet. When finished, place

cookie sheet in freezer for about an hour.

Place white chocolate in a double boiler over hot water. Melt the chocolate, stirring until smooth. Remove the top

part of the double boiler and set aside.

Remove balls from freezer. Using a toothpick, spear each ball and dip one at a time in to the melted chocolate. Place

dipped ball back on cookie sheet. After each ball has been dipped, drizzle with leftover chocolate and/or sprinkle

with decorative sprinkles.
