SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE
 
INGREDIENTS:
 
1 (29 OZ) can Bruce's Sweet Potato Casserole
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
Tbsp melted butter
TOPPINGS:
 
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
3 Tbsp. melted butter
OPTIONAL:
 
Apple pieces or pineapple tidbits may be added to sweet potato mixture if desired.
 
Marshmallows or pineapple rings may be placed on the nut topping during the last ten minutes of baking or until melted and brown.
 
DIRECTIONS:
 
Preheat ove to 350 F (180 C).
 
Grease baking dish. Combine and blend milk, vanilla extract, 2 eggs, 3 Tbsp. melted butter and the contents of the can of Bruce's Sweet Potato Casserole; blending well in bakin dish.
 
In a separate bowl combine the brown sugar, chopped pecans, flour and remaining 3 Tbsp. of melted butter. Sprinkle over the top of sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 F for 35 minutes. If marshmallows are desired, add during the last 10 minutes of bakingtime or until melted brown.
