THE Gordon Biersch Brewery's Crab & Artichoke Dip

8oz                 cream cheese

3cups             mayonnaise

3cups             sour cream

12 oz              artichoke hearts, quartered

1 ½ TBSP       Lemon Juice

6oz                 Parmesan/Roman Blend Cheeses

¾ tsp              White pepper           

1 ounce          crab meat


Slice green onions into ¼ inch slices

In mixer with paddle attachment, whip cream cheese until light and fluffy.

Add remaining ingredients, mixing until smooth and all ingredients are will incorporated.

Place in 500 degree oven for approximatley 6 minutes.
