Sonny Bryan’s Made From Scratch Cole Slaw

1/2 head purple cabbage, finely shredded

1/2 head green cabbage, finely shredded

 2 cups carrots, finely shredded

 1 cup mayo

 2 tbsp. sugar

 2 tbsp. cider vinegar

 2 tsp. black pepper

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. dry mustard

1/4 tsp. celery seed

Wisk together all ingredients EXCEPT for the shredded vegetables in a large bowl until

sugar dissolves.

Mix in shredded purple cabbage, green cabbage, and carrots, and toss.

Refrigerate covered for 4 hours and stir before serving. Enjoy with your favorite Sonny

Bryan’s pulled meat!
