1/2 Bell Pepper
1/2 Pablano Pepper
1/2 Bunch of Scallions
1/4 Cup of Bacon
1/4 Cup Champagne Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 Cup of Mayonaisse
1/2 Jalapeño
1/2 Bunch of Cilantro
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Blend all ingredients together
Salt to taste
Beat 2 Eggs and add to mix
Fold 1 can of crab into mix
Form into individual cakes and then coat with Panko Bread Crumbs and fry at 325 degrees until golden brown.
