INGREDIENTS
 
Ground Beef=1 lb
Ground pork= 3/4 lb
Ground veal= 1/2 lb
Dried parsley= 1/2 cup
Parmesan cheese=1/2 cup
Black pepper= 1/4 tb
Kosher salt= 1/4tb
Liquid eggs=1
Dried oregano=1/4 tb
Garlic powder= 3/4 tb
Italian seasoning=1/4  cup
Onion powder=1 oz
Whole milk= 1/4 qt
Loaves vienesse bread= 1/2
 
 
1ST PREPARATION
 
Trim crust from bread and slice.
Soak bread in milk.
Combine all dry ingredients.
Combine all ingredients and mix well "by hand".
 
2ND PROCEDURE
 
Use a 2oz scoop to scoop out the mix.
Shape mix into 2oz balls
Arrange on a lined sheet pan
Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until browned on the outside and let rest.
 
Heat up marinara in a saucepan or oven safe baking dish large enough to hold meatballs and sauce.
Place meatballs in sauce, cover with foil and bake for 25-35 minutes until cooked through. Turning halfway if sauce does not completely cover the meatballs.
