Raw Vegan Fudge Brownies
-3 cups of walnuts
-20 medjool dates pitted
-2/3 cup raw cocoa powder
-1 tsp vanilla extract or 1 tbsp of vanilla bean powder
-4 tsp water
-A pinch of sea salt
Process:
- Put walnuts and salt in the food processor, add dates, cocoa, vanilla and process until they start sticking together.
- Add water and briefly process.
- Spread on a baking dish and garnish with fruit. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
- Serve with fresh fruit.
