Watermelon & Heirloom Tomato Salad

brazos valley feta, aged balsamic & herbs

6 servings

Ingredients

6 ea. 5oz. blocks of seedless watermelon

2 C Mixed Baby Heirloom Tomatoes

2 C Diced seedless watermelon

1 C Diced feta cheese

C Chiffanade basil C Chiffanade mint

Method

In a small mixing bowl, add halved heirloom tomatoes, feta cheese, diced watermelon,

basil, mint, 1 tsp olive oil & lemon juice. Gently mix ingredients and stack on top of

block of watermelon. Place on plate and drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

Garnish with flake sea salt.

5 tbs Extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp Flake sea salt
