Nanette Lee's Chicken Salad

Chicken Salad Recipe
 
In large pot bring to a boil:
    • Two (2) large chicken breasts
    • Two (2) chicken bouillon cubes
    • Garlic and black pepper
 
Let boil for 45 minutes
 
While chicken is hot, remove from bone, chop and place in bowl:
 
Then chop up:
    • Two (2) celery sticks
    • Half a red onion
    • Three (3) boiled eggs
    • One (1) granny green apple
    • ½ Cup of cranberries
    • ½ Cup sweet pickle relish
    • ½ Cup of mayonnaise
    • ¼ Cup cranberries
    • ¼ Cup pecans
    • Two (2) squirts of mustard
    • One (1) teaspoon each of cayenne pepper, garlic and celery salt
 
Mix all chopped items in the bowl and serve on sliced pieces of seduction bread.
