Chicken Salad Recipe
In large pot bring to a boil:
- Two (2) large chicken breasts
- Two (2) chicken bouillon cubes
- Garlic and black pepper
Let boil for 45 minutes
While chicken is hot, remove from bone, chop and place in bowl:
Then chop up:
- Two (2) celery sticks
- Half a red onion
- Three (3) boiled eggs
- One (1) granny green apple
- ½ Cup of cranberries
- ½ Cup sweet pickle relish
- ½ Cup of mayonnaise
- ¼ Cup cranberries
- ¼ Cup pecans
- Two (2) squirts of mustard
- One (1) teaspoon each of cayenne pepper, garlic and celery salt
Mix all chopped items in the bowl and serve on sliced pieces of seduction bread.
