Mint Peach Iced Tea
1 cup sugar
1 large can of sliced peaches in juice
12 mint leaves
2 quarts of water
8 tea bags

Boil 2 cups of water, remove from heat and steep tea bags and mint for 10 minutes then remove tea bags and mint
In a large pitcher mix the tea with the remaining water, add the sugar and mix well
Stir in peaches with juice
Serve chilled and over ice
Reserve fresh mint leaves for garnish
