2 large artichokes

1/2 pound fresh cooked bay shrimp

1/2 cup good quality mayonnaise

1 teaspoon curry powder

1/8 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning

Steam artichokes and cool.  Mix mayo, and seasonings.  Dip artichokes leaves into mayo mixture and top with a shrimp.  

Arrange on a round plate.  Refrigerate until ready to serve
