1   8 OZ                   BURGER PATTY   

1 SPRINKLE            KOSHER SALT & BLACK PEPPER 

2                              TEXAS TOAST SLICES 

1-1/2 OZ                   MAYO 

1-1/2 OZ                   FRENCH FRIES 

1-1/2 OZ                   CHILLI 

1-1/2 OZ                   QUESO   

1 OZ                         BACON (COOKED, CHOPPED 1/2 INCH) 

1 OZ fl.                     PICKLED JALAPENOS (RINGS)     

1                            ROMAINE LETTUCE LEAF  

1                             TOMATO SLICE (4X4, CUT 1/4 INCH) 

1                            RED ONION SLICE (JUMBO CUT 1/8 INCH) 

1                              PICKLE SLICE 

1 OZ                         BBQ SAUCE 

1 OZ                         RANCH DRESSING 

 

PREPARATION:

SEASON BOTH SIDES OF BURGER WITH SALT & PEPPER.  GRILL TO DESIRED TEMP. 

TOAST BREAD ON ALL SIDES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.  COVER BOTH INSIDES OF BREAD WITH MAYO.

PLACE BURGER ON BOTTOM TOAST.  TOP BURGER EVENLY IN THIS ORDER WITH:  FRIES, CHILLI, QUESO, BACON, JALAPENOS, LETTUCE, TOMATOES, ONIONS AND PICKLES.

PLACE TOP TOAST GENTLY ON TOP TO MAKE A COMPLETE BURGER. 

PLACE A DISH OF RANCH AND BBQ SAUCE ON THE SIDE .
