8  (2 oz.)         BURGER PATTIES    
 
4 SLICES        AMERICAN CHEESE (folded in to 2 inch squares)  
4                  KINGS HAWAIIAN MINI HAMBURGER BUNS                 
 
        
 
4 tsp              KETCHUP
4 tsp            MUSTARD (YELLOW) 
 
4 TBS                  ONION (raw chopped ¼ inch)
 
4 TBS                  PICKLES (chopped ¼ inch)
 
PREPARATION
 
PLACE CHEESE IN CENTER OF 1 OF THE BURGER PATTYS FOLDING THE CORNERS OF THE CHEESE IN SO THERE IS A 1/2 INCH GAP BETWEEN THE CHEESE AND THE END OF THE MEAT.
PLACE SECOND PATTY ON TOP AND CRIMP THE EDGES OF THE MEAT TOGETHER (LIKE MAKING A RAVIOLI) MAKING SURE THERE ARE NO HOLES SO CHEESE DOESN’T OOZE OUT.
 
SEASON BOTH SIDES OF BURGERS WITH SALT & PEPPER. GENTLY PLACE BURGERS (CHEESE SIDE UP) ON OILED FLAT GRILL OR REGULAR GRILL (FRYING PAN MAY ALSO BE USED).
 
COOK APPROXIMATELY 3 MINUTES PER SIDE OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT UNTIL BROWNED ON EACH SIDE UNTIL COOKED THROUGH. WHEN YOU FLIP BURGERS THIS MUST BE DONE VERY GENTLY SO CHEESE DOESN’T OOZE OUT. 
 
PLACE KETCHUP, MUSTARD, PICKLES AND ONIONS EVENLY ON EACH BOTTOM BUN. PLACE FINISHED BURGERS ON TOP. COVER WITH TOP BUN AND ENJOY !                          
 
NOTE: BE CAREFUL WHEN BITING IN TO BURGER AS CHEESE CAN BE VERY HOT AND SQUIRT OUT AT YOU !
