Ingredients:
six slices of bacon
3/4 leaves of sage
salt
popcorn kernels
Method:
- On a pan or in the oven, cook bacon to extra crisp, reserving bacon grease
- Put cooked bacon in food processor for 30 seconds
- Add sage leaves and blend for another 30 seconds
- Add 9 oz of salt and process until well blended with bacon and sage
- Prepare popcorn in bacon grease
- Once popcorn is all popped, sprinkle with bacon sage salt and fine grade parmesan cheese onto hot popcorn
