½ oz. Hibiscus Syrup in bottom of flute

Top with Sprite

Garnish with Wild Hibiscus Flower dropped into bottom of glass. You can find these at specialty grocery stores, like Central Market.

Alternate – Substitute Sprite with Champagne

Hibiscus syrup can be made in advance:

Steep ½ cup dried hibiscus flowers in 1½ cups boiling water for 15 minutes. You can buy this at Fiesta Mart. It is called Jamaica (pronounced Ha MAY ka) and is found bagged in the produce section.

Strain liquid off leaves then add ⅓ cup honey

Stir and store in refrigerator for up to 3 days
